Indiana residents enrolled in SNAP, Medicaid/Hoosier Healthwise, TANF, WIC, CSFP, or Healthy Indiana Plan qualify for the Access Pass: $5 per family member per visit (up to 2 adults + all dependent youth under 21 in household).
