Terms of Service
Effective June 25, 2026 · Last updated June 25, 2026
Welcome to Little Deals! These terms are the agreement between you and Little Deals (the "app," "we," "us") for using our website and app. We've kept them short and readable. By accessing or using Little Deals, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You may browse Little Deals without an account; to create an account or submit contributions you must be 18 or older. Your privacy is covered in our Privacy Policy.
What Little Deals is
Little Deals is a free, community-built guide that helps parents and caregivers find places to eat free or for less, plus free things to do nearby. The listings come from public sources, business information, and contributions from people like you.
Who can use Little Deals
Little Deals is intended for parents, caregivers, and other adults. It is not directed to children, and it is not intended for use by anyone under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Little Deals you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the app or provided us information, contact us at hello@littledealsapp.com.
Deals can change — always confirm with the venue
We work hard to keep deals accurate, but offers change constantly: a restaurant may end a promotion, change the day or time, or simply not participate at a given location. The information in Little Deals is provided on a best-effort basis and "as is," with no warranty of any kind — we can't guarantee any deal is current, available, or applies on your visit.
Please confirm the offer directly with the business before you go or order. Little Deals is a starting point, not a promise from any restaurant or venue.
Any reliance you place on information in Little Deals is at your own risk, and Little Deals is not responsible for any cost, charge, or other loss you incur because a deal was unavailable, expired, or different than listed. Nothing in the app is professional, financial, or legal advice.
Your account
An account is optional and uses a passwordless "sign-in link" — we email you a link to click instead of a password. You must be 18 or older to create one, and you must use an email address you own and control. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account.
Acceptable use
When using Little Deals, please don't:
- Submit false, misleading, spammy, infringing, or unlawful information.
- Post content that is harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful, or that violates anyone's rights or privacy.
- Attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the app or its security.
- Misrepresent who you are or your authority to submit on behalf of a business.
We may remove content or suspend access that violates these terms.
Contributions and your license to us
When you submit a listing, edit, event, free-text, or other content ("Contributions"), you keep ownership of it. You grant Little Deals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the app. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to submit each Contribution and to grant this license, and that your Contribution does not infringe or violate anyone else's rights. This license survives deletion of your account for any Contribution we have already published as part of the guide.
For events, the public social media handle you provide (Instagram or X) is shown publicly alongside the event as creator attribution. Only submit content you have the right to share, and don't include anything you wouldn't want shown publicly. Contributions are reviewed before they go live, but we don't guarantee any submission will be published.
Your responsibility for what you submit
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for, and to reimburse Little Deals and its operators for, any third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs that arise from content you submit or from your misuse of the app in violation of these terms. We may, at our option, take over the defense of any such claim, and you agree to cooperate with us if we do.
Third-party places and links
Little Deals links to and describes businesses and venues we don't own or control. We're not responsible for those businesses, their offers, their websites, or your experience with them. Any dealings you have with a venue are between you and that venue.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Little Deals is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Deals and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information in the app (for example, a deal that turned out to be unavailable). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Changes to the app or these terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Little Deals after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or end your access to Little Deals at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the app. The sections on contributions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, your responsibility for what you submit, and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the app will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies, and these terms are the entire agreement between us about the app.
